Hair!!

32 weeks!!  We had another dr. appt today & alas once again, NO pictures!!  She would not move her hands away from her face, I don't think she has room to. The chunky monkey is weighing in at approx 4 lbs 4 oz!!  I hope she is not to huge!!  What we did get a nice good look at was her HAIR!! I am not talking peach fuzz either people, full on hair!  Our bald dr. is a bit on the jealous side :-)  Everything looks good though.  The nursery is slowly coming together,  after a few more things are hung I will post some pictures.

Happy Birthday Halli!!

My sweet niece Halli (colorful stripes below) turns 2 today!!  She is so much fun & we are so happy she is part of our family.  She is the youngest of the nieces in my family & I cant believe she is already 2 years old!!  We love you Halli & hope you have an awesome birthday!!

BaBy NiNjA

The countdown is on.  I am 30 weeks today!!  We had an ultrasound today & unfortunately have no new pictures to share.  She is training for her black belt come to find out & could not hold still for 5 min so that we could get a few pictures, at least she has goals I guess.  It was actually difficult to listen to her heart clearly because she kept bouncing the wand off of my belly, but she is nice & healthy & weighing approximately 3 lbs 6 oz.  In just over 2 months we will get to meet our little ninja!!

Our Chunker

We are 26 weeks along & here are the latest pictures of our babe.  I was told this week that I am huge and that I am going to have a big baby by a patient of mine so I guess I should register myself as a beached whale!!  :-)  The picture is terrible but she was not into cooperating this week & then I took a picture of the picture so this is what you get, but you can still see her sweet face.  She has gotten really active lately & hardly ever seems to hold still for long.  The hubby & I finally agreed on a name for her...something I thought would happen in the hospital & not a day before!!  Briele (bri-lee) Kate Heath is what we decided to name her!!  I can't wait to meet her!!

Nursery

We decided to get started on the nursery this last weekend.  I painted it an aqua color or more accurately Benjamin Moore's Robin's Nest.  We have since added new base & casing since this picture & cut the boards for the window sills today.  It looks really good and I can't wait to get furniture in there.

Yard Decoration

My hubby's cute grandpa made us a birdhouse for our yard.  Anyone that knows us knows we are not that in to yard maintenance beyond having lovely green grass, we did after all fill all our flower beds in with rock!!.  It only took us 2 years but we finally have our 1st item to decorate our yard!!  I may actually break down & get some more yard art I love it so much!

It'S a GiRl

It's a girl!!  We have known for awhile but confirmed it again last week!!  I was really thinking it was a boy but could not be happier to be having a sweet little girl joining our family.  The pictures are not very good, I couldn't figure out how to get them to scan so I had to take a picture of the picture:-)  We have been cleaning out what will be her nursery & Kip will hopefully be painting it in about a month when he has some time off work.  You can see her cute face & arm in the 1st one & her long toes in the 2nd one (a trait that runs in my family).
