Major blogging catch up

I have been a major slacker at blogging lately so here is the HUGE update, there are many new posts covering what we have been up to the last month. Enjoy!!!

Kip had to work yesterday so I decided to head up to Porcupine Reservoir & hang out with my dad & extended family. I forgot how beautiful it is up there & it really made me miss living in Logan. Below is a picture I snapped while on my way home as the sun was going down.

We played some ladderball & horseshoes, ate some yummy dutch oven food and just had a great time hanging out with family.

Our lovely computer decided it was going to get sick last weekend, so we had to take our sick "apple" to the computer doctor. High five to Simply Mac, I dropped off the computer Monday afternoon and picked it up good as new on Thursday!!

Good thing Simply Mac was so on the ball since on our way down to SLC we got in a car accident while swerving to miss Utah's state bird "the orange construction cone" Luckily is was pretty minor and I don't even remember feeling them hit us. The Rodeo goes to the car doctor on Monday, sooo who gets to go the the doctor next???

Yard/House Work

We had a few days off together and had a big old list of things to get accomplished & of course we did not even put a dent in that list but at least we had fun. We painted all the doors in the house being that the people that painted before us were apparently blind and got paint EVERYWHERE including the light switches and sockets!! It looks a lot better now that things are not spackled & now we just have the 4 outside doors to get painted hopefully soon.

Jax loves to play in the water, so of course we had to take time out to play and laugh at him.

We are trying to beautify the side of our driveway and after Kip moved a stepping stone we found an ant colony. Don't get me wrong no one hates ants or bugs in general more than I, but I still thought it was kinda cool, and yeah we killed those stupid ants!!!

Uintah's

We went camping up to the Uintah's a month ago with some great friends and had a blast. It was Jax's 1st birthday that weekend so of course that was the reason for the camping trip. He got way spoiled and ate enough food that I think he is still full!!! For his birthday I went down to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and bought him some yummy doggy treats, and may have got me a few treats also!!

Justin & Kip on the Razr. We crossed a river on our 4-wheeling adventures & being the pansy that I am I refused to actually drive my 4-wheeler across by myself. So Kip went across on his, got stuck, Adam had to pull him out, he was really wet, then Justin brought him back across & took me over while Kip drove my 4-wheeler across. Quite the adventures & oh so much fun!!
