37 weeks

We had our 37 week appt yesterday with our new dr.  I got a call on tuesday telling me that my dr had broken his leg and that he would be out of the office for the next 4-6 weeks!!  Not what I was wanting to hear with 3 weeks til my due date & the fact that we had a plan that involved being started on Dec 3 if she had not yet made her debut!!  Needless to say the hormones are taking more control lately & the poor front desk ladies in the office had to listen to me blubber about how this is not in the plan!!  So we met new dr yesterday, found out no progress to preparing for birth at this point and that she is weighing in at a whopping 8 lbs!!! I about died, I may actually being giving birth to a 3 month old!!!  He was non-committal to starting me on the 3rd which has increased my anxiety, I liked having the plan!!  We will see how much she is weighing in at next week, being that he does agree that I will probably have a larger than average baby that may be larger than my body can handle, then hopefully he will come around to my way of thinking a bit more and we can agree on a plan!!  Until then I need to start operation evict baby from my body as soon as Thanksgiving is over!!

week 34

Today marks 34 weeks.  She is weighing in at about 5 lbs 7 oz. She is going to be a big baby I have decided, I am trying to get myself pumped up for this!!  She will never let us get a peak at her face anymore, I am not sure if its because she is a little stinker or because there is no more room in there so she just can't move her hands.  I am not sure where she can grow anymore cause there is no more room at this inn, unfortunately she will probably win out in this battle.  Only a few more weeks until we get to meet her.  The nursery is just about done, pictures will be coming shortly.

 A friend of mine took some pictures of our family before it grows by one more a couple weeks ago, she did an awesome job!! Unfortunately my spoiled rotten dog does not cooperate to well, but we will take what we get.  Here are just a few of my favorites.  Thank you SO much Jacey!!

Hair!!

32 weeks!!  We had another dr. appt today & alas once again, NO pictures!!  She would not move her hands away from her face, I don't think she has room to. The chunky monkey is weighing in at approx 4 lbs 4 oz!!  I hope she is not to huge!!  What we did get a nice good look at was her HAIR!! I am not talking peach fuzz either people, full on hair!  Our bald dr. is a bit on the jealous side :-)  Everything looks good though.  The nursery is slowly coming together,  after a few more things are hung I will post some pictures.

Happy Birthday Halli!!

My sweet niece Halli (colorful stripes below) turns 2 today!!  She is so much fun & we are so happy she is part of our family.  She is the youngest of the nieces in my family & I cant believe she is already 2 years old!!  We love you Halli & hope you have an awesome birthday!!

BaBy NiNjA

The countdown is on.  I am 30 weeks today!!  We had an ultrasound today & unfortunately have no new pictures to share.  She is training for her black belt come to find out & could not hold still for 5 min so that we could get a few pictures, at least she has goals I guess.  It was actually difficult to listen to her heart clearly because she kept bouncing the wand off of my belly, but she is nice & healthy & weighing approximately 3 lbs 6 oz.  In just over 2 months we will get to meet our little ninja!!

Our Chunker

We are 26 weeks along & here are the latest pictures of our babe.  I was told this week that I am huge and that I am going to have a big baby by a patient of mine so I guess I should register myself as a beached whale!!  :-)  The picture is terrible but she was not into cooperating this week & then I took a picture of the picture so this is what you get, but you can still see her sweet face.  She has gotten really active lately & hardly ever seems to hold still for long.  The hubby & I finally agreed on a name for her...something I thought would happen in the hospital & not a day before!!  Briele (bri-lee) Kate Heath is what we decided to name her!!  I can't wait to meet her!!
